Exceptions

How to Report an Issue
If your order falls under one of the exceptions above, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.
When reaching out, please include your order number and photos of the item received so we can resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
